What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on production role working with rubber materials in a fast-paced environment.
Set up and prepare parts for laminationWeigh, measure, and cut materialsTrim, grind, and buff rubber componentsUse grinders, knives, scissors, and hand tools dailyAssemble, mold, repair, and disassemble partsRecord measurements and complete production documentation (MIP)Maintain a safe and organized workspaceYou’ll work with tools like:
Buffers, trimmers, clicker machines, hand tools, electric drills, clamps, calipers, cranes, and more.
