We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team! As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be receiving incoming prescriptions, checking for accuracy, and inputting that information into our system. You will also be accepting payments for prescriptions, receiving incoming inventory, and answering customer questions and concerns. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service skills, and prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and courtesyProcess and fill prescriptions accurately in BestRxHandle insurance claims and resolve rejectionsSort, stock, and label medications while monitoring inventoryPerform record-keeping and other administrative tasksEnsure compliance with pharmacy standards and proceduresQualifications
Fluent in Polish a plusPrior experience as a pharmacy technicianBestRx experience preferredKnowledge of medications, dosages, and pharmacy lawStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsCertified Pharmacy Technician preferred
