We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Lead to take ownership of process excellence within our Richmond facility,driving data-informed decisions, improving equipment capability, and coaching teams to deliver sustained results. In this role, you’ll be at the center of operations analyzing process data, identifying root causes, and implementing standards that improve performance line by line. You’ll partner closely with frontline teams, influencing how work gets done every day while building capability and ownership across the operation.If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy turning complex data and problems into practical, lasting improvements, this is a unique opportunity to make a visible impact.
