Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Shift Manager with maintenance experience to oversee daily operations and ensure the facility is safe, clean, and fully functional. This role combines team leadership with technical know-how, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both managing people and solving mechanical or facility-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead team members during assigned shiftsEnsure all attractions and equipment are operating safely and efficientlyPerform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trampolines, padding, HVAC systems, and other facility componentsTroubleshoot and address minor mechanical or electrical issuesCoordinate with external vendors for advanced repairs when neededEnforce safety rules and company policies to ensure a secure environmentProvide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns or incidents professionallyOpen and/or close the facility, including cash handling and reportingMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the parkQualifications:
Previous supervisory or management experience preferredHands-on maintenance experience (facility, mechanical, or electrical) requiredStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, active environmentExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic knowledge of safety standards and proceduresPhysical Requirements:
