    Full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experienceExperience programming and scripting in Python (Pandas and NumPy)Validate solutions via software-in-the-loop simulationWorking with Docker containers performing data analysis and data transformationCloud management in AWS5-10 years of overall experience working autonomously managing data across multiple systems and designing simulationsDefine and create documentation for the solutions implemented

    As Software Development Engineer you will be responsible for;

    Designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance software in C++ and Python.

    Building scalable cloud‑based systems leveraging AWS, Azure, and modern CDK tooling.

    Developing and optimizing data‑management pipelines to support robotics and autonomy workloads.

    Implementing and integrating computer vision algorithms, including CUDA‑accelerated processing, sensor drivers, and hand‑eye calibration workflows.

    Designing and deploying MPC‑based controllers, simulation‑driven testing, and real‑time control logic.

    Integrating ML models into production systems, including optimization, JIT execution, and infrastructure support.

    Developing autonomy behaviors using state machines, behavior trees, and task‑planning frameworks.

    Building and supporting VR and haptic‑device interfaces, communication stacks, and motion‑capture (mocap) integrations.

    Developing middleware and system‑level frameworks for robotics and autonomous‑vehicle platforms.

    Supporting internal developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and automation using Jenkins, Python, Bash, and Linux.

    Qualifications;

    B.S./B.A. degree in Engineering or another technical field.

    1–5 years of relevant experience in data engineering, cloud engineering, or analytics infrastructure.

    Experience with VR, Haptic Devices or sensors

    Experience with robotics or autonomous vehicles

    Familiarity with AWS account administration and cloud resource management.

    Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000

    Minimum Educational Experience: Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Minimum Experience: Must have Minimum 5 years of relevant experience The Digital Services Development Engineer will perform software architecture design, software coding, and verification testing of in-vehicle digital services. This individual is expected to utilize their experience to develop innovative solutions to highly complex technical challenges. Digital services are defined as applications that have interfaces with various cross-domain electronic systems within automobiles and implement software-based features and functions. These software products may interface with external servers and be updated/maintained using OTA. The individual performing this role must have expertise in various areas of the software development lifecycle including software requirement analysis, architectural design, detailed design, and various forms of software verification/validation.

    Job Summary

    The Seat Headrest and Armrest Design Release Engineer (DRE) is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, validation, and launch of headrest and armrest components within Client systems. This role owns the technical definition, release, and ongoing quality performance of these components, working closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver best-in-class comfort, safety, and value.

    Key Responsibilities

    Own the design and release of headrest and armrest components (structures, foam, plastic trim, mechanisms) from concept through production.Develop and maintain component-level technical specifications, design documents, and engineering standards for headrest and armrest systems.Lead packaging and integration of headrest and armrest assemblies into complete seat structures, ensuring compliance with ergonomics, safety, manufacturability, and serviceability requirements.Create and maintain engineering documentation in Client systems (e.g., part numbers, BOMs, drawings, 3D CAD data).Coordinate with suppliers on design proposals, DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, timing plans, and cost/feasibility studies; drive robust design solutions that meet Client performance targets.Plan and execute validation activities for headrest and armrest systems, including durability, environmental, and regulatory compliance testing.Analyze test data, identify root causes of issues, and drive corrective actions and design changes to closure.Support vehicle builds (mules, pilots, PPAP, launch) by resolving fit, finish, and functional issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Structures, Trim, Foam, Safety, Manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration and robust performance.Manage engineering changes (CNs/ECNs), cost reductions, and quality improvements for in-production programs.Benchmark competitive seating technologies and contribute to Client seating innovation roadmaps for headrest and armrest systems.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited university.5+ years of engineering experience in automotive seating or related discipline.Hands-on experience with headrest and armrest components, including foam processing and plastic molding.Prior experience in a Design Release Engineer (DRE) or System Responsible Engineer role at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.Strong understanding of foam manufacturing processes and plastic injection molding.Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (CATIA, NX, or equivalent) for packaging and design review.Familiarity with standard engineering tools and processes: DFMEA, DVP&R, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    Required Experience and Qualifications

    In this role, you will be responsible for both the verification and validation of the Fly-By-Wire software adhering to DO-178 standards.     We're looking for a Senior level Embedded Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on the software stack for Design Verification of PCBAs (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies) & ECUs (Electronic Component Units) in current and next-gen vehicle platforms primarily The Connectivity & Vehicle Access Segment. You'll develop device drivers for PCBA components, create software prototypes for early hardware/software co-designs, build validation test cases in Python/C, and much more.     Responsibilities

    Work with hardware and software architects to collaborate on next-gen platform architecture with various SoCs (System on a Chip) and the software stack.Design, develop, and deploy embedded software on Linux and/or RTOS for board bring-up, verification, and debugging of automotive electronics.Collaborate across multiple disciplines to deliver quality code, debug complex problems, prioritize, and get things done with high efficiency and urgency.Ability to debug in real-time across the hardware and software stack to understand the real issue and provide solutions, working and collaborating with multiple teams if needed.Familiarity with Linux build systems, device trees, and kernel driver development is essential.Ability to crisply communicate with peers, stakeholders, customers, technical leaders, and OEMs/ODMs.

    Qualifications
