    Title: Driver/Technician

    Location: Chicago, IL (must be willing to travel Naperville, Oakbrook, Elmhurst)

    Pay Rate: $21.53/hour

    Shift: M-F, Day Shift, 8 hour days

    Description: Field Chicago, IL 60614 (willing to travel to Northwest Suburbs)

    AltaStaff, a boutique staffing agency is looking for a several Field Technician. This role is fulltime, and in the field with travel reimbursement available

    Summary: Performs fieldwork with all Company product lines including, but not limited to the operation and maintenance of Company flow monitoring equipment and SSES. Responsible for operating and maintaining all Company issued equipment and vehicles associated with the above product lines.

    Responsibilities:

    Field work includes but is not limited to:

    Installation of flow monitors within sewer lines

    Installation of rainfall monitoring equipment

    Flow monitor calibration

    Collection of sewer flow and rainfall data and review for accuracy

    Operation and maintenance of flow monitors and rainfall gauges.

    Inspect manholes manually or with telemonitoring equipment

    Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

    Position Requirements:

    High School diploma or GED equivalent – Minimum Associates Degree Preferred

    Active and Valid Driver's License

    Background Check, Drug Test and Physical Exam, required pre employment screening.

    Basic computer skills (Windows-based operating platform and Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word at a minimum)

    Manual dexterity and willingness to work outdoors

    Physical and cognitive ability necessary to do confined space entry and perform rescue operations when necessary

    Basic knowledge of electronics helpful

    Must be able to function in a team environment and be capable of achieving daily productivity targets

    Must be willing to travel and work in the physical conditions present in a sewer

    Must be willing to foster a healthy safety culture

    Successful completion and passing of Company CORE Flow Monitoring and Safety Modules

    Work Environment Requirements (AS APPLICABLE):

    Must be able to to lift at least 50lbs

    Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods (80% of the time)

    Work under various weather conditions (including but not limited to, heat, rain, and cold)

    Must confirm work environment is safe and secure for work

    Skills/Experience:

    0-2 years of experience working in a call center or similar customer service experience preferred.

    Working knowledge of computers.

    Written and verbal communication skills.

    Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

    Education required: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification. 

    Work Environment Requirements:

    5. Emphasize continuity of care, thus reducing or eliminating fragmentation, duplication, and gaps in treatment plan

    6. Discuss with consumer on health care options, supports needed, service vendor options and waiver options

    7. Initiate communication between the Call Center and eligible consumers for enrollment into a managed care health plan

    Required Licensure

    Current RN Licensure in New York State

    Current active NY Drivers License or NY State ID

    Required Experience

    2+ years RN experience in home care
