    Regional Sales Manager - Remote (East Coast)

    Full-Time Exempt Sales Department

    Evantic is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to support our continued growth across the East Coast region. This remote role is responsible for driving new business, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Evantic's presence within key markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives in a technical, customer-focused environment and excels at building partnerships that create long-term value.

    What You'll Do Grow sales within the assigned East Coast territory and execute Evantic's strategic sales plan.Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries and customer segments.Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, distributors, and OEM partners.Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to sales leadership.Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Estimating to ensure alignment with customer needs.Deliver professional presentations, participate in technical discussions, and support contract negotiations.Represent Evantic at customer visits, conferences, and industry events.Monitor territory performance and take proactive action to support growth goals. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments; experience with engineered components/materials is a plus.Demonstrated success managing a regional territory and delivering consistent sales results.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product applications.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to travel throughout the assigned region and periodically to other Evantic locations.     Job Summary

    The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the Life Sciences, Industrial, and Aerospace sectors. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical sales experience who can establish customer relationships, lead the full sales cycle, and drive market expansion. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met with tailored solutions that deliver long-term value. Must be a door opener.

    Role and Responsibilities

    Position Summary

    At Plastic Distributors & Fabricators (PDF), CNC Horizontal Machinists are essential to producing large, complex components with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will set up, operate, and adjust CNC horizontal machining centers (HMCs) to create high-quality plastic and aluminum parts. You will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure parts meet tight specifications and quality standards.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Set up and operate CNC horizontal machining centers according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.Adjust machine settings and offsets to optimize machining processes and maintain part quality.Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).Interpret complex drawings and GD&T specifications.Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions as needed.Accurately complete production and quality documentation.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.Other duties as assigned

    What You Bring (Core Competencies)

    Strong technical knowledge of horizontal machining operations and best practices.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.Skilled in using precision measurement tools for verifying dimensions.Ability to independently diagnose and solve machining problems.High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.Effective communication skills and a collaborative team approach.Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment

    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent (GED).2+ years of experience operating CNC horizontal machining centers.Ability to set up, operate, and make minor program edits.Familiarity with machining plastics and aluminum materials.Basic computer literacy for documentation and data entry.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Completion of a CNC machining certificate program or formal apprenticeship.5+ years of CNC horizontal machining experience, preferably in a custom manufacturing environment.Experience with large, complex part machining.Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and processes.Familiarity with advanced machining strategies and tooling optimization.

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods (8+ hours).Regularly lift and maneuver parts/materials up to 25 pounds.Fine motor skills and manual dexterity to handle small components and tools.The ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, shoes, gloves, and hearing protection.Work in a manufacturing environment exposed to moderate noise, temperature changes, and machining oils.
