    Requirements:

    Key Responsibilities

    - Assist with a variety of traditional farm tasks related to harvest activities

    - Perform physical labor such as picking, sorting, and packing crops

    - Operate basic farm equipment and tools under supervision

    - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

    - Follow safety guidelines and farm protocols at all times

    - Work collaboratively with team members to meet harvest deadlines


    Skills and Qualifications

    Requirements:

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist in packing fresh fruit gift boxes, potatoes, onions, gourmet nuts, Wisconsin cheese, and sausage gift boxes

    - Ensure quality and presentation standards are maintained during packing

    - Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment

    - Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals

    - Support the overall efficiency of the holiday fundraising operation


    Skills and Qualifications:

    - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    - Strong attention to detail and quality control

    - Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

    - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

    - Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production roles is a plus but not required

    - Must be available to work 3-4 days per week, 6-8 hours per day, starting at 7:30 am

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Plan health and safety program protocols Work with HR Manager to determine Risk Management and Safety initiatives Educate supervisors, managers and other leaders in the organization about health and safety standards Coordinate and lead safety training sessions to all employees and ensure new and annual safety training is completed Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local laws and regulations Verify employees are consistently following safety protocols Analyze health and safety data Maintain and post required OSHA log postings Conduct and participate in regular safety inspections and audits at all locations Develop and maintain accurate records to include training, inspections, and incident reports to provide safety metrics to support safety program initiatives Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with HR Manager on Worker's Compensation claims and injury/illness data to improve safety metrics Monitor and ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct and coordinate safety drills Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies during safety inspections and audits Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related issues and concerns Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety coordinator or similar role Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards Certification in First Aid and CPR

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    Proven ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of safety management software Ability to train and educate employees on safety standards and best practices Strong organizational and time-management skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and function as part of a team Proof of insurance and valid state motor vehicle license with acceptable motor vehicle record

    Requirements:

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the grading line and assisting in the supervision of grading personnel.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsible for proper staff scheduling to accommodate during fluctuating needs throughout the year Train new Quality Grader's using the Company's grading standards Supervise with the set-up of bins and the changing of bins throughout the day Inform Management of any quality problems with the product Ensure employees have a full workload by scheduling production lines Sort between inferior or defective products and acceptable products place in proper bins for further processing Maintain clean workspace by following master sanitation schedule each day Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Prior experience as a shift lead preferred

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication skills Self-motivated and able to function as part of a team Ability to utilize Human Resource Information System (HRIS) software

    PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
