    Account Manager As an Account Manager at AlphaGraphics, your primary role will be to increase the center's inside sales and support the Account Executive as needed. This responsibility should always focus on increasing the center's sales, drawing in new customers and contacts, maintaining center accounts, expanding our penetration into existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients. Account Manager Responsibilities: Has a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing Maintains a professional appearance Ensure all clients have a positive customer experience Can easily provide customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and services Consults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunities Captures customer's specifics using "Job Analysis" questions Asks probing questions Reviews customer's proofs, manages the proofing process, and calls customers when jobs are ready for pick up Creates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracy Routinely resolves customer inquiries and complaints Displays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively Maintains current pricing strategies and customer billing procedures An AlphaGraphics Account Manager Performs All Business Development Functions Related To Inside Sales, Including The Following: Assists in updating the mailing list database Assists sales rep functions and inside production when requested Follows up and manages Inbound Leads Follows up on targeted direct mail or local Shop mailings Keep customers informed regarding their job's progress through the production process Shows proficiency in regular use of CRM tools Effectively manages all communication methods currently available to them to respond timely to customer inquiries Account Manager Qualifications Account management experience is preferred but not required Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plus Possesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes Handles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful manner Strong analytical skills Excellent writing and verbal skills Professional appearance and decorum Strong organizational and time-management skills Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour At AlphaGraphics, we offer careers for everyone!     We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts with enthusiasm and professionalism. This isn't a call center position, and it isn't simply answering phones. You'll become a trusted resource for businesses that rely on us to produce everything from business cards and brochures to signs, banners, mailings, and custom marketing materials.

    You don't need to know everything about printing on day one. We will teach you our products, processes, and capabilities. What we can't teach is genuine care for customers, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.


    Responsibilities

    Serve as the main liaison for customers, addressing inquiries related to commercial printing and signage projects with clarity and enthusiasmHelping customers choose the right solution for their needs.Working with customers by phone, email and in personManage client accounts using CRM systems to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveryCollaborate cross-functionally with production and internal teams to coordinate project timelines and meet customer expectationsUtilize order processing tools to track project status, update clients on progress, and resolve any issues promptlyMaintain strong relationships by proactively engaging clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing exceptional customer service
