An established orthopedic practice in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time role working with a total joints surgeon. Candidates will assist in surgery, see patients in clinic and on the floor. Monday-Friday schedule, some call requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient and first assist services
Examine patients and their medical records
Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc.)
Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
Prescribe medications
Maintain accurate records and schedules
Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
Educate patients and their family members
Promote good health practices
Qualifications:
Active Montana state license or ability to obtain
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
