PAYUnlicensed Electricians: Starting at $35/hour
Licensed Journeyman Electricians: Starting at $40–$45/hour
WHAT YOU'LL DOIn this role, you'll be working on a variety of electrical projects across residential and commercial job sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues using testing equipment and tools
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Installing conduit, panels, breakers, transformers, and other electrical components
Performing system testing to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance
Inspecting systems to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs
Assisting with layout planning and installation based on project specifications
Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
You may also assist with upgrades, retrofits, and other system improvements depending on project needs.

Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Hawaii) OR
Unlicensed Electrician with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience
Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically in the field
Experience working from plans, layouts, and specifications
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a team
Valid driver's license preferred
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENTThis is a hands-on role that requires physical capability and awareness of job site conditions:
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, crouching, and working in tight spaces
Ability to work at heights and around active construction environments
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, and electrical systems
Must follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness on job sites
