    A growing sheet metal operation is seeking a Second Shift Working Production Supervisor to lead and manage production activities. This role ensures safety and quality compliance, oversees team performance, and drives efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Leadership & ComplianceEnsure all shop floor employees follow Environmental, Safety, and Health policies.Enforce Quality Management System standards.Production OversightSupervise and coordinate the work of Mill Operators, Decoil/Roll-Up Operators, Saw Operators, Packaging Leads, and Packaging Operators.Step in and perform production roles when needed.Manage manpower allocation and redirect resources to meet production priorities.Reporting & DocumentationComplete and submit accurate daily production reports.Track employee attendance and break times.Conduct and document daily forklift and crane inspections; submit reports to Maintenance.Report damaged tools or equipment and request repairs or replacements.Scheduling & CoordinationWork with the Assistant Plant Manager and Production Scheduler to set daily schedules and priorities.Verify order completion according to schedule and specifications (thickness, width, length, squareness, weight).Report and resolve shortages, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
