We are seeking an experienced Curtain Wall and Building Envelope Sales Professional to support and grow our fastener presence across the MO market.
This is an opportunity for a motivated industry professional to take ownership of accounts, represent a strong portfolio of curtain wall and faade solutions, and contribute to long-term market growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage strong relationships with architects, developers, general contractors, and construction managersDrive project opportunities from early design and specification through award and executionSupport design-assist efforts, conceptual budgeting, and technical discussions in collaboration with engineering and operations teamsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within Rhode Island and surrounding New England marketsTrack active projects, forecasting opportunities and maintaining an organized sales pipelineRepresent the Company at industry events, association meetings, and client presentationsCommunicate project requirements clearly to internal estimating, engineering, and operations teams to support successful executionRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience in curtain wall, glazing, faade systems, or building envelope salesWorking knowledge of commercial construction processes and sales cyclesProven ability to work directly with architects and construction stakeholdersStrong understanding of curtain wall systems, storefronts, windows, and faade assembliesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExisting relationships within the construction marketExperience with design-assist projects and specification-driven salesFamiliarity with healthcare, higher education, mixed-use, or commercial development projectsTechnical background in glazing, aluminum framing, or architectural systemsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentive compensationDefined with opportunity for growthLong-term project pipeline and strong operational supportStable organization with a reputation for quality and executionProfessional autonomy with leadership supportOpportunity to influence market strategy and client relationshipsWhy Join Us
