Job DescriptionAllied Universal® Technology Services is hiring a Security Installation Technician II to perform installations of electronic security systems and work independently and along with other technicians to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in all installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, program and configure electronic security systems for commercial clients, including, door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low-voltage communication, electronic locks, point sensors, signaling devices, and other security systemsTroubleshoot, evaluate, diagnose, integrate new and existing installations to ensure the systems are functioning properly and meets industry standardsRun electrical wiring, including drilling, trenching, and aerial runsResponsible for the connection of control panels, application requirements, wire concealment and security software installation
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a company issued vehicle Minimum of two (2) years of experience in physical security, fire alarm, low-voltage communication systems, including installing devices, troubleshooting, programming and running medium to large projectsMilitary veterans are encouraged to apply, especially those with experience as an electronics technician or aviation technician Ability to obtain and maintain state-specific licenses as requiredAdvanced in Microsoft Office and capable of navigating multiple systems efficiently. Skilled in interpersonal and communication skills for clear documentation and reporting. Highly skilled in troubleshooting, mechanical, and electronics skills; adept with hand and power toolsWillingness to handle "on-call" duties, respond to emergency service requests, and travel overnight as needed.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete tasks and meet deadlinesPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at various ladder heights

Job DescriptionAllied Universal® Technology Services is hiring a Project Manager - Data Center Construction to oversee electronic security installations at a large, single-site data center construction project. This is a hands-on, site-based role, working daily from a trailer in a fast-paced, active construction environment. As a Project Manager, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards by managing scheduling, subcontractors, budgeting, compliance, and on-site operations.
This is not a general construction role-it's a specialized position focused on electronic security system integration within complex infrastructure projects.Specialized Security Systems Role: Focused on electronic security system integration-access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection-within mission-critical data center environments, not general construction.High-Tech, High-Impact Projects: Be part of securing hyperscale data centers that support global enterprise operations, working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct leadership of superintendent and indirect leadership of technicians, subcontractors, and vendors day-to-day, ensuring safety, quality, and timeline adherence Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management Ensure clear communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams to drive efficiencies and results Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement contingency plans Manage change orders, invoicing, and contract compliance to optimize financial outcomes Allocate and maximize resources to achieve project and sales objectives Maintain industry knowledge and competitive awareness across multiple markets Ensure accurate and timely invoicing while monitoring financial reports and collections Coordinate construction schedules and task sequencing with other trades Troubleshoot project issues and engage management as needed to mitigate impacts
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma or equivalent Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events) Minimum of six (6) years of project management experience Ability to manage $4M+ projects while meeting schedule and budget targets Expert Knowledge of PM techniques, contract laws, and financial oversight Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of navigating multiple systems efficiently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Associates Degree in Project Management, Construction or relatable field Experience in the electronic security industry PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute Experience with the following: OSHA 10/30, Software House, CCURE, and other factory certifications within the electronic security industry Technology Proficiency: SAP, Workbench, Bluebeam, Procore, BIM360, ACC, PlanGrid

Job DescriptionAllied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Project Superintendent - Data Center Construction to oversee daily site operations, short-term scheduling, and ensure security system construction progresses on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This hands-on role requires working daily from a trailer in an active construction site environment. The Project Superintendent will work closely with the General Contractor (GC) and report directly to the AUTS Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open and secure the job site daily, conduct daily site walks and expect to spend up to 80% of time in the field (either walking or driving)Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain project timelineSupervise AUTS installation technicians and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to contract, schedules and quality standards while installing security systemsCommunicate daily site activities, maintain site logs, and provide project status updates to the Project ManagerCoordinate with the GC and AUTS teams to align with project milestones and resolve site issuesAbility to read and understand blueprint and schematic readingsAssist with budgeting, bidding, permits, and subcontractor awardsManage ASIs (Architect's Supplemental Instruction), RFIs (Request for Information), material submittals, and coordinate required inspectionsOversee quality control and ensure work meets project standardsIdentify and address safety, compliance, and construction conflictsKeep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
