Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting on compressors, pumps, chillers, motors, silos, extrusion equipment, and other plant systems. Respond to emergency breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner. Conduct routine shift rounds to inspect critical equipment and identify issues. Perform preventative maintenance tasks including lubrication, filter changes, oil changes, welding/fabrication, and general mechanical/electrical repairs. Use SAP to generate work orders, track labor, and document maintenance activities. Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards. Qualifications: High school diploma required. 2+ years of experience in extrusion OR 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
