    Job Overview

    Responsibilities
    Package finished products for shipment

    Inspect parts for defects and quality issues

    Hang and remove metal parts from the paint line

    Clean, prepare, and mask parts before painting as needed

    Operate manual and automatic press equipment

    Load raw materials into machines and remove finished parts

    Move materials and products throughout the facility

    Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

    Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned

    Requirements No manufacturing experience required; training provided
    Previous production, warehouse, packing, assembly, or general labor experience is a plus

    What You'll Do
    Perform visual inspections of rims and wheels coming off the production line.

    Verify that valve stem holes are present and correctly located.

    Ensure DOT stamps are present and legible.

    Inspect rim trim to confirm it is at the proper depth and is not raised.

    Remove rims from chutes and place them onto skids, racks, or crates.

    Stack rims in the required weave pattern and quantity.

    Clear wheels from various production lines as needed.

    Set up the appropriate size skid with plywood or ensure racks are in place.

    Tag skids and verify that production paperwork is complete and accurate.

    Attach required paperwork to each rack or skid for production recordkeeping.

    Wrap completed skids with shrink wrap for Material Handler pickup.

    Review and follow all safety procedures and work instructions.

    Perform other duties as assigned within the Rim Line or throughout the facility.
    Qualifications
    1 year of general labor or manufacturing experience preferred.
