As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be essential in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical manufacturing equipment. You'll work closely with the maintenance team to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production.
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
Performing advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, and fluid power networks.Performing precise tooling adjustments, setup, and alignment to maintain product quality and reduce defect rates.Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, sensors, wiring, and control panels to ensure seamless operations.Executing mechanical repairs on gearboxes, drive systems, and conveyors, as well as performing minor fabrication and welding tasks.Maintaining mobile equipment such as forklifts and service carts through basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Strong background in industrial hydraulics and related troubleshooting expertise.Experience with tooling adjustments and mechanical setup in a manufacturing environment.Solid understanding of electrical systems, control wiring, and motor controls.Basic welding and fabrication skills, with familiarity in automotive or forklift maintenance.Optional but highly desirable experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), ladder logic, or basic programming.Ability to work the scheduled shift and commit to required overtime during peak seasons.Physical ability to lift heavy components and work in a fast-paced environment safely.Why Join Us in Elkhart?

This position is on-site in Streetsboro, Ohio, offering either a first or second shift schedule. The first shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm, and the second from 2pm to Midnight, Monday through Thursday, with a 10% shift premium for the second shift.
