We are seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join our Office of the General Counsel with specialized experience in employment law and data privacy and protection. This role will serve as a strategic legal advisor on complex workforce matters, data compliance issues, and other legal representation matters, supporting our mission-driven organization in maintaining the highest standards of legal and ethical compliance, across our global organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist General Counsel in leading efforts to provide core legal services to ADF and its subsidiary entities.Provide strategic legal counsel on all aspects of the employment lifecycle, including compliance with global, state, and federal laws and regulations; conduct internal investigations; draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and policies; advise on compensation practices; and provide relevant legal support to HR, leaders, and other stakeholders. As Legal Counsel, you are a vital part of the US Legal Division Team. In this role, you will report to Sr. Counsel.
