Responsibilities:Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems. Lead each install with the support of an assigned helper and operate with professionalism, precision, and efficiency.
Qualifications:What You Need:
At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned
Working knowledge of local inspection codes
EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must pass background check and drug screen
Valid driver's license with good driving record

Responsibilities: What You'll DoAs an HVAC Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations for residential HVAC service technicians and ensure efficient delivery of heating and air conditioning service and repairs.
Lead and manage the HVAC service team, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
Oversee daily operations of residential HVAC service calls and repairs
Monitor labor costs, materials, equipment, and expenses to maintain service department profitability
Ensure HVAC service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams to optimize technician scheduling
Conduct job site inspections and ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards
Track department operations including technician productivity, tools, vehicles, and equipment
Provide hands-on training and development for HVAC service technicians
Lead regular technician meetings and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications: What You'll Bring10 years of HVAC service experience and/or HVAC management experience
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, heating and air conditioning service, and HVAC code compliance
State license and HVAC code knowledge preferred
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Strong leadership, communication, computer, and analytical skills
Ability to manage people, operations, and budgets effectively
