Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Retail Tire & Automotive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple retail automotive service locations. This role is focused primarily on operational excellence, workflow efficiency, safety, employee development, and local marketing initiatives rather than direct sales management.
The ideal candidate thrives on building systems, improving processes, developing managers, and ensuring every location runs safely, efficiently, and consistently.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational standards across all stores while supporting teams in delivering high-quality services and an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Workflow Management
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple tire and automotive service locationsDevelop and maintain efficient workflow systemsEnsure consistency in operational standards across all storesIdentify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtimeMonitor KPIs related to workflow processes
Safety & Compliance
Establish and enforce strict safety protocols and shop standardsConduct regular safety audits and operational inspectionsEnsure compliance with all OSHA and industry safety regulationsLead safety training initiatives and incident prevention programs
Training & Team Development
Recruit, train, and mentor store managersBuild structured training programs Support career development and promote internal advancementImplement accountability systems to maintain high performance standards
Marketing & Local Growth
Coordinate with ownership/leadership on local marketing initiativesSupport store-level promotions and community outreach programsHelp implement strategies to increase customer retention and repeat business
Operational Leadership
Support store managers in staffing, scheduling, and operational planningMaintain consistent service standards across all locationsEvaluate operational performance and implement improvements where needed
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in automotive service or tire industry managementExperience overseeing multiple retail locations preferredStrong background in operations management and process improvementDemonstrated leadership and team development skillsDeep understanding of various POS Systems Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in automotive environmentsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to travel between store locations as needed

Position Overview
Allen Rubber Co. Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our wholesale tire distribution team. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading tires, pulling and preparing customer orders, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
This role may also require occasional medium-duty truck driving to support deliveries and warehouse operations.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMEvery other Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload tires from delivery trucks and trailersAccurately pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickupVerify incoming and outgoing shipmentsOrganize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locationsMaintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standardsOperate warehouse equipment as neededOperate a medium-duty truck for deliveries as neededAssist with general warehouse and delivery duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (required)Current DOT medical card (required)Ability to operate a medium-duty truck safely and responsiblyAbility to lift and move tires consistently throughout the dayStrong attention to detail and accuracy in order pullingDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious warehouse or delivery experience preferred

Position Overview:
Allen Rubber Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our growing eCommerce tire sales operation. This position is responsible for accurately picking, handling, packaging, and shipping tires to customers throughout the United States.
This is a physically demanding role that requires employees to be on their feet for most of the workday and perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and moving of tires throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
Pick and prepare tire orders for shipmentLoad, unload, and move tires throughout the warehousePackage and label shipments accurately and efficientlyVerify order accuracy and shipping informationOperate warehouse equipment safely (training provided as needed)Maintain organized inventory and warehouse work areasAssist with receiving incoming tire shipmentsFollow company safety procedures and warehouse best practicesWork as part of a team to meet daily shipping goalsQualifications:
