  Front Office Coordinator

  Allen County Endodontics – Fort Wayne, IN

  Pay: $21.00–$26.00 per hour
  Schedule: 30–40 hours per week

  Allen County Endodontics is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first person our patients meet, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience while keeping our schedule and administrative operations running smoothly.

  We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

  Responsibilities

  Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional first impressionAnswer phones and schedule appointmentsVerify dental insurance benefits and explain treatment estimatesCollect payments and maintain accurate patient recordsCoordinate with referring dental officesManage patient communications, confirmations, and recallsMaintain an organized front office and assist with daily administrative tasks

  Qualifications

  Dental office experience preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable using dental practice management software (Open Dental experience is a plus)Reliable, detail-oriented, and a positive team player
