  Position Summary: As a key member of our rapidly growing organization, the Production Cutter contributes to our success by preparing specialty cuts of meat in a timely and efficient manner to meet our customer’s expectations.

  What you’ll do:

  Select products from pick tickets and stage for productionCut product to meet customer specificationsTransport finished product to appropriate packaging line utilizing cartsWeigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specificationsReplenish stock as neededMaintain work area clean and orderlyMust maintain product integrity with proper handling & report damage to management immediatelyMust follow all company policies and proceduresFollow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines

  About you:

  High school diploma or equivalent1-3 months experience
