We are looking for someone who had "caught the investment bug" - one who enjoys the process of digging in, thinking long term, and forming independent conclusions. What You'll Do: Proactively identify and explore potential high-quality compounder stocks. Perform rigorous fundamental research, financial analysis, and valuation modeling. Gather and interpret financial data from company filings, earnings calls, and industry reports. Create detailed Excel-based financial models to evaluate investment opportunities. Clearly communicate your findings, highlighting investment theses, risks, and key drivers to support informed decision-making. Monitor and evaluate existing investments, staying alert to emerging opportunities and risks. Your Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 5 years experience in investment analysis, equity research, private equity, investment banking, or a related financial role. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Python or other programming and data tools is a plus. Solid knowledge of financial statements, SEC filings, and valuation methodologies. Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to work independently. Bonus Points: Proven interest in or exposure to long-term investing approaches demonstrated through personal portfolios, online publications (e.g., SumZero, VIC, Seeking Alpha, Substack), or prior roles.
