Refer directly to our on site physical therapy department with as much direct communication with other provider as you wish.We are looking for someone interested in family medicine with interests also in orthopedics and muscle and joint injection procedures. You will be seeing diabetics, HTN, sick visits, hospital follow ups, surgical clearances etc. all ages. Many of our patients have been here for 25 plus years. This position is for someone confident in family practice with an eagerness to learn so much more. Such a great opportunity to become experienced in a lot and all under a team work setting.
