ATM Steel ATM Steel, formerly All Things Metal, is our structural steel fabrication and erection team. Role Overview The Project Manager at All Things Metal is the central driver of each project, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing work from start to finish. This role blends technical expertise with strong leadership, requiring you to oversee budgets, schedules, drawings, safety, and client relationships while ensuring profitability and quality. Key Responsibilities * Manage projects from award to completion, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and adherence to schedule * Oversee material take-offs, detailing and erection labor, buyouts, freight, and overall project execution * Work with detailing subcontractors to ensure submittal and fabrication drawings are accurate and complete * Review and evaluate bid drawings, specifications, and contract documents * Develop project strategy to ensure gross margin success * Coordinate schedules with customers, subcontractors, detailing, purchasing, fabrication, and erection teams * Create, track, and follow through on change orders * Facilitate Iron-Strong Expectation meetings with each new job (internal and external) * Maintain customer relationships and manage long-lead schedules * Enforce safety guidelines and company standards across shop and field teams * Ensure workflow, production responsibilities, and compliance with safety requirements are followed * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Be accountable for every aspect of the job, leading by example Qualifications * Valid Arizona driver's license * Ability to pass background check and drug screening (drug- and alcohol-free workplace) * 3-5 years of experience as a project or construction manager * Preferably in the Steel Industry * Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract documents, and project management strategies * Professional working proficiency in English required Skills & Abilities * Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive team-player attitude * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities * High integrity and commitment to company values * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-changing industry Schedule Business hours are M-Th 7am - 5pm and Fri 7am - 11am Hours will be dependent upon current projects and business needs. Rhino Central Services Rhino Central Services is the backbone of All Things Metal Industries, providing HR, finance, and IT support exclusively for ATM Steel, RoXteel, and KorFab. While we don't produce steel or panels ourselves, our work keeps the whole family of companies running smoothly. Everything we do is focused on supporting our specialized teams so they can succeed. Role The Staff Accountant plays a key role in supporting the company's financial operations by ensuring accurate accounting records, timely reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position works closely with the finance team to assist with month-end and year-end processes, maintain account reconciliations, and provide cross-functional accounting support. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and post journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and record accrual adjustments. * Support month-end close processes and assist with year-end financial statement preparation. * Assist with TPT reporting, sales tax filings, and state and local tax reporting. * Maintain and update fixed asset and amortization schedules, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. * Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and reports. * Assist with insurance renewals by gathering and preparing required financial documentation. * Cross-train in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to provide coverage and operational support as needed. * Collaborate with other finance team members on cross-trained responsibilities and ad hoc projects. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within accounting processes. However, the shop will be moving to 19500 & Jomax by the end of the year. Role Overview * Production material handling - Most of your time will be spent in this position. Keep production moving forward by assisting in staging to appropriate rack, moving material into and out of primer departments, assisting fabrication teams with moving material in and assemblies out of the production bays. Must be comfortable moving heavy equipment over very expensive equipment. * Receiving - This includes verifying material against receiver. Identifying and documenting damaged material. Documenting heat # and rack location of material received. Input material into inventory management system. Average length of material to move is 40' to 50' long. Up to 7000lbs on a single forklift pick. * Delivery assistance - Stage materials for delivery in an organized and methodical manner so that loading of assemblies onto Semi trailers is expedited. Load materials on Semi trailers or assist with loading as required. * Yard organization and maintenance - This includes making sure that material is on the rack that is designated in the management software. Taking care of yard watering as required. Perform daily forklift inspections. * Backup CDL driver with opportunity to move into full time driver. Driver delivers steel materials to construction jobsites throughout the valley. This position is local routes only, allowing driver to return home daily. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working with flatbed loads. Qualifications * CDL A License or Valid Driver's License w/ CDL * 3-5 year's experience * Acceptable driving history * At least 21 years old * Fork lift experience required - can forklift certify, if needed * Pass drug screen, background check * No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years. * No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. * No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. * Ability to lift over 50 lbs. * Be able to pass a written and practical exam for competence as a Heavy forklift operator. * Be able to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and execute these tasks while maintaining positive interpersonal interactions. * Willingness to learn Beneficial but not required: * Heavy operating equipment experience * Reach lift experience * Combi-lift experience * Proper hand signaling experience * Spanish speaking a plus, but not a requirement Schedule: Monday - Friday 5 am - 3 pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch Occasional half days on Friday (depending on need and department) Occasional Saturday shifts for special projects unable to be completed while the facility is in production.
