All Star Care, LLC is seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide essential non-medical and personal care services to individuals in their homes—supporting their independence, dignity, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Adaptive Skills Support
Assist with routines, problem-solving, and building independence in daily life activities.
• Health, Safety & Hygiene
Support personal hygiene, medication reminders, and promote safe living practices.
• Household Management
Help with cleaning, laundry, meal planning, and organizing the home environment.
• Community Engagement
Encourage participation in social, recreational, and civic activities based on the person’s interests.
• Transportation Assistance
Provide or coordinate rides to appointments, errands, and community events.
• General Supervision & Support
Monitor well-being, respond to immediate needs, and follow person-centered plans without formal training or skill-building.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to pass a background check.Reliable vehicle, current driver’s license and auto insuranceSkills and Attributes:Compassionate and patient demeanor.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow instructions and adapt to individual client needs.Reliable and punctual.Preferred:Previous experience in caregiving or similar roles.CPR and First Aid certification.Benefits:
