Primary responsibilities include: Tend injection molding machines and monitor production at assigned presses Perform visual inspections of molded parts to ensure quality standards are met Weigh, package, and prepare finished parts for shipment Assist with reworking on-hold parts and sorting returned parts for defects Relieve operators and support production needs throughout the molding department Communicate quality concerns, product defects, or equipment issues to QA and supervisors Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Assist in training new team members as needed Qualifications: Valid U.S. drivers license Strong attendance record and dependable work history Ability to work independently and stay productive Team-oriented attitude with willingness to help others Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail Manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required On-the-job training provided Submission to a criminal background check What we offer: Competitive pay Friendly, team-oriented environment Clean, state-of-the-art facility Challenging and rewarding work Opportunities for advancement Apply today!
