Warehouse Warrior & Daily Delivery Route Driver with Customer Service Emphasis
Job Description
As a Warehouse & Delivery Associate, you’ll enjoy a dynamic role that blends time on the road with hands-on work in our warehouse. Most days start with operating a box truck or transit van to complete scheduled deliveries, followed by warehouse tasks once routes are finished.
You’ll represent our company by delivering orders safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service to a wide range of customers. No two days are the same—your work will vary based on incoming shipments and customer needs, keeping the role engaging and fast-paced.
We’re looking for reliable, self-motivated candidates who work well both independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications:
In order to operate our trucks, you will need a valid driver's license and a clean driving history. A CDL endorsement is not required.Authorization to work in the United States.Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.Ability to lift up to 70lbs.Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience.
- Industry adjacent experience
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures. Deliveries in all weather conditions including during extreme hot/cold, rain and other seasonal conditions.
The compensation range for this position is $19.00 to $24.00 hourly. This position is also eligible for annual profit sharing bonus.
Essential Job Functions:
Legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record that meets company standardsLoad all order fulfillment materials onto the truck and unload at delivery addressCommunicate any vehicle mechanical problems to direct supervisorPerform daily inspection and maintenance on company vehicleDeliver/pick up merchandise to/from customers and suppliers promptly, efficiently, and in a professional mannerPick up material from vendorsReceive incoming freight and parcelsKeep a clean and organized warehouseStock material on shelves, managing and maintaining inventoryPick and receive ordersProcessing returns from customers and to vendorsServe customers at the front retail counterProblem solve for customers via phone call and in-personOperate a Microsoft-based computer systemJob Type:
