Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of Islamic practices and experience organizing prayer services is highly desirable Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. ADAMS Gainesville is seeking a committed and spiritually grounded individual to serve as a part-time Imam Ratib. An Imam Ratib primarily leads the community in prayer and may contribute to teaching Qur'an and tajweed. This role is suited for someone who combines sound knowledge with presence, adab, and a sincere sense of responsibility in guiding others in worship.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Maghrib and ʿIshāʾ prayers. Ensure the proper performance of Salāh and attentiveness to congregational needs during prayer. Teach Qur’an and Tajwīd to youth and adults.Lead quarterly youth and adult qiyām programs, fostering spiritual growth and community engagement.Qualifications:
