We are currently seeking a Water Removal And Mold Remediation Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. No experience is required, as you will be be trained on the job by our lead technician, with the expectation that you will be able to be promoted into the Lead Technician role within the first 6 months! All responsibilities required for this job will be taught to you on the job, so do not be dissuaded if you are coming from another field.

You will also be afforded multiple training ride-withs to get you accustomed to the All Dry way, with both Regional and Nation Sales Managers, to help you learn what techniques are the most effective in our marketplace. Accounts you will be calling on are, but not limited to, insurance agencies, property management groups, apartment complexes, hotels, HVAC companies, and Plumbing services.
Qualifications:
Valid DL
Ability to log calls
Use provided tech to plan out route each day
Field calls from accounts
Confirm appointments with dispatch
Maintain commission reporting
Participate in bi-weekly sales strategy meetings via Zoom with RSM
