    Job Description

    All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Physical Therapist Aide to join our dynamic Outpatient clinic! 

    Patient Care:

    Assist in and perform patient transfers and lifts using proper body mechanics, according to standard techniques.Assist the therapist in evaluations/treatments at the bedside and the rehabilitation gym (i.e., exercises, mat activities, orthosis fabrication, modality preparation).Report treatment activities, patient progress, and any unusual response to treatment or incident to the therapist.

    Office Responsibilities:

    Assist the therapist with delivery, set-up, and clean-up of the treatment area (i.e., patient room, rehab gym, splint set up) for patient care deliveryMaintain a neat/tidy appearance in all areas of the department, returning equipment/ supplies to designated areasRegularly sanitize exercise equipment, mats, and assistive devices according to hospital safety and infection control standards.Evaluate and distribute linen supplies, changing linens on treatment tables according to proceduresMaintain medical supplies in all treatment areasSustain organization in the closets regularlySweep soiled utility and equipment rooms at least twice weekly for therapy equipmentAssist in department communication processes-answer telephones, transit messages from nursing service to the therapist, communicate between therapists, etc.

    We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer/contract amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

    The pay range for this position is: $18 - $19/hr

    Qualifications

    *** Must be Fluent in Spanish***High School diploma or equivalentStrong customer service and telephone skillsGood Computer skills with MS Office (MS Excel and Word)Experience as a Physical Therapy Aide in Outpatient settings is preferred but not requiredThis position is full-time: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM **Please ensure you are available full-time before applying** Office location: 6420 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048

    All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic Outpatient clinics! We are looking for a clinician to deliver compassionate care to our patients, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities.Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeonsDiagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move aboutDevelop an individualized treatment planCoach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their conditionMaintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordinglyAdvise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery processAdhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping.

    We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors, including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

    The full-time pay range for this position is: $45-$60/hour. PRN and part-time rates vary by availability and experience. 

    Qualifications

    Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current and unrestricted CA Physical Therapy license; or ability to applyExcellent Communication Skills
