Responsibilities include
Assist the lead teacher with implementing lesson plans
Interact with children affectionately and respectfully by smiling, touching and holding children
Respect and observe children's interest
Communicate directly with each child at the child's level
Engage constructively with individual children during activities and routines
Enhance children's play with language, materials, and activities, engaging in conversations to expand their learning and expand their thinking
Qualifications
6-month or more childcare experience preferred by not necessary
High School diploma
