    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Join ALIGN HOSPICE CARE LLC as a Hospice Office Manager, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring compassionate care for our patients and their families. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our administrative team and enhance the quality of hospice services in Snellville, GA.

    Responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.Manage patient intake processes and maintain accurate patient records.Coordinate schedules for clinical staff and facilitate communication with healthcare providers.Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed.Implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and compliance.Monitor financial transactions and assist with budgeting and billing processes.Ensure a welcoming environment for patients and families, addressing their needs promptly.Support marketing efforts to promote hospice services within the community.Requirements:Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or hospice setting.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health record systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining empathy and professionalism.Preferably familiar with Kinnser Wellsky; but not required High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred.Compassionate demeanor with a passion for providing quality care to patients.About Us:ALIGN HOSPICE CARE LLC has recently started serving the Snellville community, providing compassionate and personalized hospice care.
