Alfieri Tree Care is looking for an experienced Tree Crew Member / Crew Lead Trainee to join our team.
We are a family-owned tree care company based on Cape Cod, primarily serving the Upper to Mid Cape. Our work is focused on high-quality tree and shrub care, safe operations, and doing the job the right way.
This position is best suited for someone who has real tree crew experience, takes pride in their work, shows up reliably, and understands that safety, professionalism, and teamwork matter every day.
What You'll Do
Operate a bucket truck and/or aerial lift for pruning, removals, and rigging work
Work alongside an experienced crew on residential and commercial properties
Help lead day-to-day tree care operations when appropriate
Safely position equipment on a variety of job sites
Perform daily equipment and tool checks
Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites
Follow company safety standards and contribute to a professional crew environment
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1-3 years of experience on a professional tree crew.
Comfortable working aloft and using rigging systems and power tools.
Passionate about the tree care industry and interested in advancing your skills and certifications.
Familiar with aerial equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
Valid MA Driver's License required; CDL preferred.
Physically fit and capable of lifting/carrying 75+ lbs regularly.
Dependable, drug-free, and safety-conscious. Must be willing to complete pre-employment drug screening.
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
