What This Role Really IsThis is a high-energy, sales-driven role with operational responsibilities—not a traditional front desk position.
You’ll be the first impression and the closer, guiding patients through their consultation while keeping the office vibe vibrant and smooth. You’ll use your personality, confidence, and natural communication skills to:
Build Trust Instantly: Read the room, connect with diverse personalities, and practice active listening to understand exactly what the patient needs. Navigate Objections with Grace: Use your emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to turn hesitation into enthusiasm. What to Expect Day-to-DayThis role is primarily focused on patient consultations and sales, but it also requires excellent time management and collaboration to keep the front desk and office flow running seamlessly.

Manage the Flow: Maintain organized scheduling, showing agility when the day gets fast-paced.
