Key Responsibilities
Visit project sites to assess scope, project requirements, existing conditions, and client needs.Prepare accurate, detailed estimates, proposals, and budgets in collaboration with the internal team.Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines to support successful execution.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal team members to keep work moving efficiently.Monitor progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and supporting overall satisfaction.Manage organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, schedules, and related records.Provide ongoing support throughout the project life cycle, including closeout, post-project follow-up, and warranty services.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.Minimum of four years of construction project management experience preferably in high-end or custom residential work.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, sequencing, and job-site coordination.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and team members.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management software.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.What We Offer

The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing job site operations, directing subcontractors and labor, coordinating with architects and engineers, and implementing strict adherence to safety protocols. Our ideal candidate possesses extensive experience as a leader with a deep understanding of high-end residential construction within the San Francisco Bay Area and Sonoma County.
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.Direct and coordinate subcontractors, labor, vendors, and material deliveries.Conduct weekly site meetings with clients, architects, and project managers.Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations, company safety policies, and best practices.Maintain detailed job logs, track scope changes, and process field work authorizations.Supervise and train field personnel, fostering a collaborative and professional job site environment.Monitor material inventory and quality control to maintain efficiency and high standards.Assist with inspections, permitting, and regulatory compliance.Secure job sites at the end of each workday.Qualifications & Experience:
5 or more years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in high-end residential construction.Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, subcontractor networks, and permitting processes.Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with construction software (Autodesk Build, Sage 300, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, etc.).OSHA compliance knowledge and a strong commitment to workplace safety.Hands-on experience is a plus (for candidates interested in a "Bags-On" role).Strong punctuality and a professional demeanor always.Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.What we offer:
