Alderwood Creative is a small, full-service marketing agency that partners with nonprofits, small businesses and organizations throughout East Tennessee and beyond. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to real client work from day one while collaborating with experienced marketers, strategists and creatives.Every day looks a little different. One morning you might be designing social media graphics for a nonprofit, while the afternoon is spent preparing artwork for print, mocking up a new website in Figma or helping develop a brand for a new business.This opportunity is designed to give you hands-on experience inside a full-service marketing agency. Youll collaborate with our team, contribute creative ideas and help bring client projects to life from concept to final production. You'll work directly with multiple members of our team, helping move projects from concept through production while learning how a marketing agency balances creativity, deadlines and client relationships.We believe some of the best learning comes from doing.
