We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account representative. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing existing client accounts, handling inquiries, and promoƟng additional insurance products and services to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phoneAdapt quickly to computer systems and accurately document all transacƟonsSet and achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales goalsProactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance productsCollaborate with team members to opƟmize client satisfaction and retentionStay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulations
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clientsProficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn new softwareDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentationSelf-motivated and accountable for meeting and exceeding sales goalsProperty & Casualty license and Life, Accident & Health license preferred but not required to apply; licenses can be obtained during training
