    What you will be doing:



    As Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of milk production, including pasteurization, homogenization, filling, and sanitation. You'll lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring compliance with dairy industry standards and optimizing production efficiency.



    Main Responsibilities

    Supervise daily milk processing operations, including pasteurization and packaging

    Ensure compliance with FDA, PMO, HACCP, and SQF standards

    Lead and coach production staff to meet safety, quality, and output goals

    Manage Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and sanitation protocols

    Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance

    Analyze production data and implement process improvements

    Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and logistics teams

    Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections

    We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

    5+ years of experience in dairy manufacturing, specifically fluid milk processing

    2+ years in a supervisory or management role

    Strong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and dairy packaging systems

    Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures

    Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field

    Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies

    Proficiency in production software and data analysis tools

Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

    What you will be doing:



    As Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of milk production, including pasteurization, homogenization, filling, and sanitation. You'll lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring compliance with dairy industry standards and optimizing production efficiency.



    Main Responsibilities

    Supervise daily milk processing operations, including pasteurization and packaging

    Ensure compliance with FDA, PMO, HACCP, and SQF standards

    Lead and coach production staff to meet safety, quality, and output goals

    Manage Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and sanitation protocols

    Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance

    Analyze production data and implement process improvements

    Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and logistics teams

    Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections

    We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

    5+ years of experience in dairy manufacturing, specifically fluid milk processing

    2+ years in a supervisory or management role

    Strong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and dairy packaging systems

    Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures

    Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field

    Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies

    Proficiency in production software and data analysis tools
