Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: acting as a liaison between Alberici and our Korean partners, managing the start-up of the project, supervising subcontractor and safety performance, ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements, schedule and budget oversight, and providing direction on construction means and methods.Individual assignments will vary based on project scope, phase, and job requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree within an engineering field; Master's strongly preferredMinimum of 10 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activitiesPrior experience working for large Korean EPC firms with some construction experience in the USDesired project background within semiconductors, EV batteries, pharmaceuticals, or other advanced manufacturing industriesMust be fluent in Korean AND EnglishIf not a US citizen, permanent residency is preferred; will consider H1-B applicantsCandidates may permanently reside anywhere in the US but must be willing to travel to, and be based at, project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%). The person is responsible for leading the design process for all enclosure scopes on design-build, engineer-procure-construct, construction manager at-risk, and other alternative delivery projects to ensure that design maximizes value for our clients and adheres to contracted scope, budget, and schedule.Essential Responsibilities & Duties include the following; however, other duties may be assigned.
