Your Responsibilities:
In your role as a Store Manager, at Alaska Commercial Company (ACC), you bring your high-level retail experience and excitement to lead and develop a team, and make a difference, at ACC. As a Store Manager, you’re a hands-on manager of our store operations, and you possess strong organizational and delegation skills.

Housing Guidelines:
Company-provided housing is intended for employees and their immediate family members only, defined as a spouse or partner and dependent children. Most housing units have an occupancy limit of four individuals. Exceptions will be reviewed and must be approved in advance by the Director of Operations.
Pet Policy:
Due to the remote nature of our locations, limited housing options, and restricted access to veterinary care, pets are generally discouraged. Pet requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Director of Operations. In communities where pets are permitted, there is a firm limit of two pets per unit—no exceptions. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.

About the Role
Arctic Harvest Deliveries is hiring a Produce Order Picker to be at the heart of our daily operations. You'll ensure fresh, high-quality produce is accurately picked, packed, and staged for delivery to customers across the region. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment where attention to detail and physical stamina matter every shift.
What You'll Do
Pick produce orders accurately using a scanner or paper pick listsInspect produce for freshness, quality, and correct quantityPack and label orders to company standardsStage completed orders for loading and deliveryReport damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to your supervisorKeep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED1–3 months of produce or related warehouse experience (1 year preferred)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructionsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedlyComfortable working in cold storage (34–40°ree;F) for extended periodsBasic reading and counting skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work a scheduled shiftForklift or pallet jack certification is an asset — training available
