Conducts chart audits daily to ensure presence of necessary documentation. Responsible for preparing charts for admissions. Responsible for distributing all discharge paperwork to community providers and referring agencies. Responsible for filing paperwork as needed. This position offers full time hours, based on a schedule of 3 12 hour shifts per week, including an every other weekend rotation. 9am to 9:30pm.
