    SUMMARY:

    The General Maintenance B Technician is responsible for safely providing predictive, preventative, and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance services for production and infrastructure systems as necessary to maintain process efficiency for the Dayton facility. The General Maintenance B tech will be an integral part of the plants over all reliability. This reliability will reflect from machine performance to the finished unit. The technician will be expected to deliver quality and on time work. They will be able to use the work order system to carry out the work packages that are assigned to them with minimal guidance or rework.

    ESSENTIAL DUES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Including but not limited to:

    Perform routine scheduled, preventive, and emergency maintenance on plant electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.Install, repair, adjust, and test equipment and components to ensure that systems function properly.Inspect or examine equipment, structures, materials, or components to identify causes of errors or identify defects.Possess computer skills necessary to manage work orders, document work, and requisition parts/materials to accomplish required maintenance in an efficient and organized manner.Communicate and cooperate with machine operators; operate equipment to detect equipment problems, analyze malfunctions, and verify system problems.Determine correct types of equipment, tools, or materials needed to complete tasks.Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment or software, and applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems.Work effectively as a team-member and coordinate activities with others as needed.

    The General Maintenance B tech will be expected to be able to complete above responsibilities with intermittent supervision and assistance. They will be proficient in mechanical, electrical equipment, techniques, and test equipment to conduct basic trouble shooting and repairs. Equipment would include but not limited to electrical multi-meter, dial indicators, strain gauges, belt tension gauges, belt wear gages.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    High School diploma or GED/HiSET.TeCAT Certificate, equivalent training, and experienceMust be knowledgeable, adhere to, and enforce stated safety policies and procedures. Incorporate and maintain safe behavior into all activities and consistently comply with all established safety and health policies and procedures.Has knowledge, training, 1-year minimum experience, and be able to demonstrate a working understanding of the following-Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and document simple and complex machine malfunctions to mechanical and electrical components, devices, and/or systems.Ability to read and interpret technical documents including diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, schematics, or ladder logic diagrams.Ability to perform necessary welding, fabrication, and machine shop tasks incidental to maintenance and repair needs.General Maintenance B will have to pass a maintenance evaluation test with a score of 70 or better.

    PREFERED REQUIREMENTS:

    Military experience in a technical field OR an Associated Degree in: Industrial Maintenance Technology (IMT), Mechatronics degree, Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Degree, Electro-Mechanical Degree, Automated Manufacturing technology degree (AMT), or Electrical Engineering Technology (EET).

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized team player for the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor. This role is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts payable functions, helping ensure we adhere to our corporate policies & SOX requirements, and assisting with other accounting functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice verification, approval, and payment.Ensure accurate coding of invoices and adherence to company policies.Process vendor payments through check, Wire, or other approved methods.Maintain and analyze vendor spend reports to include any minimum spend agreements, timeliness of invoice submissions and approvals, vendor service/product type, etc.Address and resolve invoice/PO voucher discrepancies and issues.Communicate with Suppliers concerning payments and account information.Provide insights into accounts payable trends, expenses, and financial performance.Manage and track capital expenditures.Prepare various journal entries, monthly or as needed.Reconciliation of assigned Balance Sheet accounts.Perform all duties for SOX compliance.Perform all 1099 duties.Review Invoice for Sales TaxAssist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for improving the safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance of fabrication and assembly operations through Lean Manufacturing, process engineering, automation, and capital project execution. This role partners cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering to develop robust manufacturing processes and support new product launches.

    Summary/Objective:

    A Buyer will purchase materials, services, equipment and supplies for the operation of the company.     SUMMARY

    This position will work on either an assembly line or at individual job stations to perform a wide variety of sub-assembly and final assembly operations to produce air conditioners for recreational vehicles.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Includes the following:

    Obtains job instructions from supervisor, or lead.

    Gets workstation and equipment ready for production, obtaining materials as needed. Reports material shortages.

    Performs assembly operations such as drilling, riveting, bolting, and wiring, by hand and with jigs, air guns, machines, and fixtures.

    Disassembles units as required to perform rework operations. Makes minor changes and adjustments on machinery and equipment such as changing tools and adjusting rivet sets.

    Maintains accurate records for attendance and production purposes.

    Packages and identifies parts and products as assigned.

    Performs operations to quality standards as specified by blueprints and verbal instructions.

    Keeps work area in order and observes all safety rules as specified in employee handbooks, memos, and MSDS literature.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The employee is required to stand for 8 hours a day while performing the assembly functions, lift up to 25 pounds frequently, work overhead frequently, stoop, squat and bend repeatedly, have the motor skills to operate power tools for fastener installation, pick up small fasteners, and manipulate the parts into an assembled air conditioner. These tasks are done on a repetitive basis and may involve 300 – 400 units per day. Vision requirements include: close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
