About the Role Airswift is working in partnership with a leader in the drilling and manufacturing industry. They are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to support, optimize, and improve manufacturing operations through data-driven process design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work Location: In person - Wilkes-Barre, PA Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, yield, quality, and cost improvements Develop, implement, and validate process changes using KPIs, SPC, and trend analysis Lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis Develop standard work, process documentation, and operating procedures Support capital projects and collaborate on process design and scale-up Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Work with cross-functional teams and provide technical training to production staff Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field 2–5+ years in manufacturing or industrial processing environment Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and technical documentation tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork abilities Compensation Dental/Vision Coverage; 401K No relocation assistance available at this time Equal Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
