    Air Engineers is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our Technical Services team in Southeast Florida. The position serves as a technical expert and trusted resource for our American Standard and Mitsubishi dealer network. This role provides hands-on technical support, leads structured training programs, and supports service excellence initiatives that improve dealer capability and customer satisfaction. The FSR partners closely with the Technical Services team to coordinate technical support activities, investigate product performance issues, and ensure accurate documentation and service records are maintained in accordance with company standards.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Provide timely technical support to dealers and technicians via phone, email, and onsite assistance.Deliver and reinforce service bulletins, technical updates, and product alerts to the dealer network.Develop, organize, and conduct technical training programs for service and installation technicians, including new product introductions and best-practice service procedures.Support the sales organization by assisting with key customer relationships and technical consultation.Investigate product performance concerns and First Notice events; document findings and report quality issues as required.Manage and support corrective action programs, concessions, and warranty-related activities for local dealers.Respond promptly and professionally to consumer inquiries and escalated service complaints.Maintain accurate service documentation, training records, and technical reports in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service processes and dealer support effectiveness

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or technical certification in HVAC, electrical, or related field preferred

    Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC or related technical field. Prior experience with Trane Technologies products or similar HVAC systems preferred.

    Skills and Competencies:

    Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systemsProficiency reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.Good communication and customer service skills.Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and software.Basic knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and interpersonal skills

    Certifications:

    Must have a valid Driver’s LicenseEPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.Additional HVAC-related certifications (e.g., NATE, HVAC Excellence) are beneficial.

    Working Conditions:

    Work is normally performed in an office, warehouse, or customer site including in attics and crawl spaces with exposure to physical risk. Overnight travel is required. Regular working hours with occasional overtime are associated with this position.
