Responsible for providing one-on-one instruction to a single 14 year old special needs student with vision impairment and providing him mod-max assistance with all activities for daily living (ADL) during the school day. Reading is at 3rd grade level and Math is at middle school level.

Duties:
Utilize computer to reformat work for student’s visual needs. Templates provided – does not require knowledge of vision impairment.Assist in the planning and implementation of lesson plans that are designed to meet student needs. Implement individualized student-centered learning experiencesAssist with monitoring student performanceProvide for the safety and well-being of student. Day shift: 7am-2:15pm. We may be able to offer flexibility in hours.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager who is highly skilled in QuickBooks Desktop. This skillset will enable you to manage day-to-day purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, inventory reconciliation, price rules for customers, and create new sku's for inventory for HVAC warehouse. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory transactions, purchase orders, and supporting management and customers in delivering timely documentation using QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop. The ideal candidate is highly organized, pays high attention to detail, possesses strong mathematical skills, a problem solver, and has prior experience with QB Desktop.
Key Responsibilities
Basic AccountingMaintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks DesktopRecord and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivableCreate / Pay Bills in QBReceive and Accept Deposits from CustomersPerform bank, credit card reconciliations in QB Registero Manage inventory items and units of measure in QuickBooks Enterprise
o Record inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and cycle count variances
o Reconcile inventory balances between warehouse records and QuickBooks
o Support physical inventory counts
o Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure the accuracy of charges and payments
· Reporting & Analysis
o Generate inventory, sales, and customer reports
o Assist management with budgeting and forecasting
o Identify discrepancies, trends, and process improvement opportunities
o Ensure proper sales tax setup and reporting for Nevada
Required Qualifications
o Proven experience using QuickBooks Enterprise or QB Desktop
o Strong understanding of inventory accounting in a warehouse or distribution environment
o Experience with high-volume transactions
o Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools
o High attention to detail and accuracy
o Strong organizational and time-management skills a must
Qualifications
