PRIMARY FUNCTION
Create concepts, designs, details, and engineering simulations for special automated equipment, tooling, dies, molds, and fixtures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Application of design techniques utilizing knowledge of the following mechanical elements:

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Business Development Analyst will research, collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate sales leads, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions and improving overall sales performance. This role supports sales strategy development with advanced analytics, artificial intelligence tools, and sales performance insights to drive revenue growth and optimize market strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data and AI-driven models to uncover patterns, forecast trends, and empower sales teams with actionable intelligence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identify and develop sales leads in focused market and geographic areasProvide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams to support strategic decision-makingEvaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns.Support ad hoc data requests and analysis to address specific business questions or challengesLeverage AI and other tools to enhance lead development, segmentationPartner with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for automation in the sales processEnsure accuracy and integrity of data across CRM and business intelligence systems (Salesforce, Epicor, etc.)Expand social media presence to build the Ahaus brand, enhance networking, and generate sales leadsPresent analytical findings and AI-driven recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-makingExhibits regular and predictable attendanceRequirements:PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
