Job Summary — Why This Role Matters
AHA is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team to provide support to our Burlington and Boston offices. This on-site role will help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly by supporting trade specification formatting, creating proposals, vendor lunch coordination, office supply ordering, and a variety of additional administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Trade specification formatting.Set up proposals and related documents in the correct company format using established templates and instructions. Assist with vendor lunch coordination, including ordering lunches, confirming details with vendors, and helping ensure the lunch is ready for employees. Be available on-site when vendor lunches are scheduled to assist with set up, clean up, and break down. Order and maintain supplies for the office and kitchen. Help keep common areas, kitchen supplies, and meeting/lunch set-ups organized. Provide general administrative support for our Burlington and Boston offices.Qualifications

This is a hybrid role based in AHA’s Burlington, MA office. In person office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour for lunch. Eventual work from home hours are Tuesday and Friday. Availability during vendor lunch days and core office hours is important. The expected compensation for this hourly, full time role, including benefits, ranges from $37,440 to $51,000 annually and will be determined based on experience and education.

Working under the direction of a Senior Engineer, the CFD Design Engineer supports AHA’s team by developing complex CFD simulations to validate data center design and performance both inside the data halls and for external cooling equipment.

AHA Engineers is a five-office MEP consulting firm designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, and mission critical facilities across the country. Our Alpharetta team works on technically demanding projects where precision and coordination matter. This role is a direct contributor to that work—taking projects from schematic design through construction documents, coordinating with clients and the broader design team, and helping raise the technical standard for how we deliver.
