Carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.Train other workers on various tasks as needed.Perform all CIP's, Master Sanitation items, and titrations to insure a high standard of sanitation.Immediately report any equipment/production issues to Production Supervisor and communicate any variances in make plans.Take all area samples for micro and analytical results in a timely manner.Obtain and maintain working knowledge of production and CIP circuit flows.Complete pre-operational log before production run. We are looking for a Production Coordinator in Hull, Iowa .
The Production Coordinator works with and assists the Planning and Distribution Manager with tasks related to production and supply chain activities. The Production Coordinator will ensure that the process orders are completed and closed in a timely manner to ensure functionality of the planning system within SAP. This role will also be responsible for the transaction of materials in the process orders as well as the accuracy of this information.
Assist and work under the supervision/authority of the Planning and Distribution Manager.Gather, track, review and close process orders in the SAP system.Research any process order discrepancies.Ensure the accuracy of the lot and quantity information upon transacting in process orders for the consumption of materials and/or semi-finished goods.Review of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Serve as the liaison between the quality and production departments by monitoring OOS production and obtaining rechecks.Conduct daily checks to ensure the proper reconciliation of HUs between MES and SAP.Assist with Inventory Control by providing previous knowledge of counts as well as leading End-of-month inventory of finished and semi-finished goods.Assist with production related process improvements and updates.Conduct situation analysis, reporting, problem solving and communicate proactively with team members regarding issues.Participate in daily communication with Planning and Distribution Manager to ensure all relevant information is cascaded to the control tower meetings.Serve as a backup for Production Schedulers optimizing the production schedules and releasing process orders where necessary.May fill in for the Warehouse Clerk to assist with releasing of EWM tasks, checking in carriers, and entering in and printing of delivery notes for inbounds.Understand, operate, and able to train others in SAP, MES system, and RF gun.What you need to join our team:

Your role in achieving results:The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily quality control operations, ensuring that all products meet internal and regulatory quality standards. This role oversees the QC team, ensuring effective sampling, testing, and analysis, while driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. The QC Supervisor collaborates with production teams to resolve quality issues and plays a key role in audit readiness and compliance with food safety regulations.
Supervise QC technicians, ensuring proper execution of testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Oversee daily sampling and testing activities, ensuring alignment with the plant's quality plan and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)/Food Safety Plan Process Controls (PC's).
Manage quality control documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), testing reports, and calibration records and electronic system reports.
Provide supporting analysis for root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming products or lab related processes.
Ensure preventative maintenance and replacement program for lab equipment is maintained, and that laboratory safety standards are met.
Lead internal audits and prepare the site for external audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Train and mentor QC staff, ensuring they are proficient in testing protocols, quality procedures, and food safety standards.
Provide feedback regarding testing capabilities integrated with specification requirements and new product and process development.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve product consistency and food safety.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends related to quality control, including lab efficiency, product performance, and testing accuracy.
Act as the main point of contact during customer, regulatory, and third-party audits for QC related responsibilities.
What we are looking for to deliver these results:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field required.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry required.
Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
HACCP certification preferred.
SQF Practitioner or PCQI certification preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on testing data.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external auditors.

The Maintenance Technician II performs routine and break down maintenance on processing and packaging equipment, and is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules and regulations by using safe methods of equipment repair/upkeep. The Maintenance Technician II performs repairs as needed by the department, troubleshoots processes, manages and administers the preventive maintenance program, and assists with machine set ups and rebuilds as needed.

Your role in achieving results:
Efficiently perform regular and preventative maintenance related to the plant, equipment, and grounds in compliance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety policies as enforced by OSHA.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment during the production process as needed.
Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
Effectively perform and assist in repair or updating and installation of equipment.
Perform troubleshooting of equipment, including both electrical and mechanical systems.
Complete and update work orders using in-house systems.

Works closely with production to minimize downtime while maintaining quality.
