What this role involves:
Carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.Train other workers on various tasks as needed.Perform all CIP's, Master Sanitation items, and titrations to insure a high standard of sanitation.Immediately report any equipment/production issues to Production Supervisor and communicate any variances in make plans.Take all area samples for micro and analytical results in a timely manner.Obtain and maintain working knowledge of production and CIP circuit flows.Complete pre-operational log before production run. (II only) Operate all cheese/whey equipment and CIP (Clean in Place) systems proficiently.Return all sample vials to laboratory after production run.Recognize and correct factors outside of acceptable operating parameters.Understand interaction between computer and machinery and adjust systems as needed.Clean and set up functions of areas and processes.Complete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner.Identify information by categorizing, estimating and/or recognizing changes or deviations in circumstances and or/events.Safely and effectively follow start up procedure of equipment.Accurately take and log frequent readings.Regulate factors; making adjustments depending on type of cheese/whey being produced.Perform Operator-level troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery as needed.Effectively monitor whey, permeate and lactose flows.What you need to join our team:

What's involved in this role:
We are looking for a Separator Operator in Lake Norden, South Dakota.
Monitor raw whey flow through the Clarifiers and Separators for skimming and sending to whey HTST and whey UF for further processing.
Regulate factors such as skims and temperature, making adjustments depending on the type of whey to be produced.
Take frequent readings and log upwards of fifty variables.
3-2-2-3 schedule
Rotating monthly between nights and days: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am
$1.50 nighttime differential pay between 6pm-6am

What's involved in this role:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor in Le Sueur, MN.
Oversee and supervise the daily operations of all production and packaging lines and systems.
Perform the daily tasks of certain Sanitation positions based on the Plant Regulatory reports issued on an as needed basis.
Completion of Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) documents in preparation for audits with daily sign-off if required, providing appropriate information to Quality Assurance as required. Follow-up on any audit items as needed.
Work directly with Supervisor and/or Quality when sanitation issues require immediate attention; redirecting workers to these areas as needed. Provide updates to the Quality Department and Plant or Production Manager as appropriate.
Ensure 'In Process' targets are met; inspect and confirm that equipment has gone through CIP and is ready for Process through Pre-Op Inspections.

Responsible for maintenance, inspections, and modification of electrical equipment, technologies and processes.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors and equipment controls .
Two possible schedule, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, it's 8 hours shift (40 hours per week) or Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm and Friday half day, it's 10 hours shift (45 hours per week).
What you need to join our team:
State Master's Electrician or Journeyman's Electrician license required .
Minimum four (4) years of formal technical training required .
Minimum one (1) year of journeyman's experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures from blueprints, schematics and sketches or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Experience in a manufacturing plant required; food and/or fluid dairy manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with Motor Control Centers utilizing voltages from 120vac to 480vac, and Variable Frequency Drives required .
Experience with 4-20mA control Loops preferred
Knowledge/ Ability to read and understand electrical prints required .
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with executives, managers, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.
Ability to pay strong attention to detail and multitask effectively.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and work in warm environment.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
