We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator in Lake Norden, SD.
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for partnering with plant management and US Director Procurement Operations to support and manage the full cycle of strategic sourcing and procurement activities, deliver high levels of stakeholder customer service, lead continuous improvement projects and oversee departmental KPI reporting. This position is also responsible for efficiently analyzing sourcing options, focused primarily on cost savings, and understanding key elements of the business's sourcing needs.
Serve as subject matter expert on and manage the procure to pay (P2P) process.
Reviewing requisitions, creating and managing purchase orders and reconciling invoice issues.
Partner with Plant Manager and Plant Controller on budget management and reporting.
Partner with quality assurance to issue QIR's (Quality Incident Report) to vendors as needed per supplier non-conformances to specification.
Develop and oversee departmental results tracking and KPI reporting to include development of KPI trackers.
Provide outrageous levels of customer service to our business stakeholders. This includes problem solving and holding suppliers accountable to contracts and general expectations.
Provide spend data analysis and category management support.
Continuously improve the organization of information and data for the team.
Lead sourcing and other departmental projects to include but not limited to sourcing events.
Conduct opportunity identification across cost, risk mitigation, quality, supplier performance and team member productivity.
Partner with US Procurement and site Purchasing Coordinators to develop, implement and adhere to procurement policies and standard processes.
Oversee inventory management systems, processes and procedures across all departments to ensure products are in the right place at the right time.

We are looking for a Production Supervisor in Little Chute, WI.
The Production Supervisor assists in overseeing production and packaging in the plant facility. The Production Supervisor supervises the operation of workers and equipment in the production and packaging area, while applying learned knowledge of processes involved and production methods.
What's involved in this role :
7pm-7am, 2-2-3 schedule
Oversee and supervise the daily operations of all production and packaging lines and systems.
Perform the daily tasks of certain Sanitation positions based on the Plant Regulatory reports issued on an as needed basis.
Completion of Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) documents in preparation for audits with daily sign-off if required, providing appropriate information to Quality Assurance as required. Follow-up on any audit items as needed.
Adhere to Agropur policies on communication and documentation with the Quality department regarding product integrity and sanitation needs.
Work directly with Supervisor and/or Quality when sanitation issues require immediate attention; redirecting workers to these areas as needed. Provide updates to the Quality Department and Plant Director or Production Manager as appropriate.
Ensure 'In Process' targets are met; inspect and confirm that equipment has gone through CIP and is ready for Process through Pre-Op Inspections.
Support the delivery of operational excellence through excellent execution via the use of operational improvement tools such as AOS, Run to Target, Focused Improvement, and Direction Setting.
Ensure all T-codes are up to date and closed out properly in SAP.
Maintain and troubleshoot for equipment and production and packaging questions or issues. Involve appropriate maintenance, quality, or inventory areas as needed for assistance.
Ensure In-Process samples are properly handled.
Gather and review paperwork, legal charts and chemical concentrations.
Ensure all employees are following proper procedures, completing safe working practices, and producing quality products. Identify and assist in implementing improvements in safety, quality, and productivity on shift.
Review and assist in the follow-up on any Good Manufacturing Practices or production audit items.
Communicate issues in production, sanitation, or equipment to next shift supervisor.
Participate and prepare for company, customer, and third-party audits as needed.
Communicate important information to all employees such as announcements, safety information, production requirements for shift, etc.
Ensure staffing is appropriate for optimal and efficient production of products; acting as backup for the production line positions as needed.
Monitor employees and their breaks.
Review weekly payroll time cards and sign off. Review and approve time sheets for team in a timely manner.
Understand, operate, and able to train others in SAP, MES system, and RF gun.

Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school in a Science, Business, Operations Management or related field preferred.

Licensed cheesemaker and HTST operator within one year in position required
