    Agropur is looking for a Resource operator for the Lake Norden's plant ! The Resource Operator II is carries out all operator tasks in all applicable areas of the plant and provides shift coverage during employee breaks and vacations.

    What this role involves:

    Carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.Train other workers on various tasks as needed.Perform all CIP's, Master Sanitation items, and titrations to insure a high standard of sanitation.Immediately report any equipment/production issues to Production Supervisor and communicate any variances in make plans.Take all area samples for micro and analytical results in a timely manner.Obtain and maintain working knowledge of production and CIP circuit flows.Complete pre-operational log before production run. (II only) Operate all cheese/whey equipment and CIP (Clean in Place) systems proficiently.Return all sample vials to laboratory after production run.Recognize and correct factors outside of acceptable operating parameters.Understand interaction between computer and machinery and adjust systems as needed.Clean and set up functions of areas and processes.Complete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner.Identify information by categorizing, estimating and/or recognizing changes or deviations in circumstances and or/events.Safely and effectively follow start up procedure of equipment.Accurately take and log frequent readings.Regulate factors; making adjustments depending on type of cheese/whey being produced.Perform Operator-level troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery as needed.Effectively monitor whey, permeate and lactose flows.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor Automated Systems using a computer.Troubleshoot the automation system using various PLC programs.Monitor and troubleshoot HMI Systems, making adjustments or modifications as needed.Perform checks and calibration of plant floor equipment.Perform scheduled maintenance work.Perform Completion of Documentation for scheduled maintenance work.Perform work orders assigned by the Planners.Perform daily preventive maintenance of electrical circuits.Install new electrical circuits.Help plant production personnel troubleshoot production problems.Maintain the Controls system.Oversee the everyday automation activities of the manufacturing plant.     In collaboration with the management team, the Reliability Specialist is responsible for advancing the site's maturity in terms of maintenance and reliability. This position is responsible for assessing the quality, robustness and capacity of asset reliability processes. The position reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding equipment reliability, availability and robustness. The main role is to lead the evolution of the site's maturity in proactive maintenance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    Responsible for the Equipment related Problem Solving program.

    Leads and manages, in collaboration with all colleagues in his sector, the failure analysis program for equipment problems.

    Collaborates to control and improve MTBF and production equipment.

    Ensures the progression of the asset health management program and appropriate asset maintenance strategies.

    Helps define the PdM & CBM technologies that are deployed on critical equipment to detect failures at an early stage and provide training related to this.

    Responsible for changes to the equipment maintenance plan based on the analysis of asset failure data.

    Develop and approve preventive maintenance (PM) Optimization mitigation strategies working with Planners and Maintenance Specialist.

    Facilitate collaboration with Maintenance Specialist to support TPM in Equipment Design.

    Works with others to monitor and improve MTBF, analysis, and recommendations.

    Helps define training needs for maintenance personnel as part of the management and improvement of key skills program.

    Collaborates with the Continuous Improvement Triads (AOS) on reliability issues, which provides a clear view of equipment issues.

    Facilitates collaboration with engineers to support Reliability in equipment design.

    Supports the inventory management program to optimize the spare parts fleet while ensuring operations are supported.

    Informs the Storeroom and Procurement Supervisor when inventory changes are warranted based on analysis of usage, failures, or changes in job frequency.

    Assists employees and engineers in analyzing the reliability of proposed equipment changes.

    Responsible for reviewing new equipment purchase specifications for reliability and maintainability.

    Makes specific recommendations to improve machine performance and reliability based on analysis of process and failure data.

    Performs statistical analysis on machine failure data and work order closeout codes to determine if adjustments to the technical maintenance strategy are warranted.

    Provides technical assistance to maintenance supervisors, planners, and maintenance employees in the form of specific technical data on system configuration and performance as a backup for the Maintenance Specialist.

    Initiates and leads risk-based methodologies such as Equipment/System Criticality Analysis (CA), Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).

    Defines long-term asset reliability roadmaps and maturity assessments.

    Supports CapEx decisions evaluating total cost of ownership of assets (LCAA-Lifestyle Cost Analysis).

    How you will contribute to collective success:

    Oversee and supervise the daily operations of all production and packaging lines and systems.

    Completion of Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) documents in preparation for audits with daily sign-off if required, providing appropriate information to Quality Assurance as required. Follow-up on any audit items as needed.

    Work directly with Supervisor and/or Quality when sanitation issues require immediate attention; redirecting workers to these areas as needed. Provide updates to the Quality Department and Plant or Production Manager as appropriate.

    Ensure 'In Process' targets are met; inspect and confirm that equipment has gone through CIP and is ready for Process through Pre-Op Inspections.

    Maintain and troubleshoot for equipment and production and packaging questions or issues. Involve appropriate maintenance, quality, or inventory areas as needed for assistance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Efficiently perform regular and preventative maintenance related to the plant, equipment, and grounds in compliance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety policies as enforced by OSHA.     The Production Coordinator works with and assists the Planning and Distribution Manager with tasks related to production and supply chain activities.     The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily quality control operations, ensuring that all products meet internal and regulatory quality standards. This role oversees the QC team, ensuring effective sampling, testing, and analysis, while driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. The QC Supervisor collaborates with production teams to resolve quality issues and plays a key role in audit readiness and compliance with food safety regulations.

    Manage quality control documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), testing reports, and calibration records and electronic system reports.

    Provide supporting analysis for root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming products or lab related processes.

    Ensure preventative maintenance and replacement program for lab equipment is maintained, and that laboratory safety standards are met.
