    What's involved in this role:

    We are looking for an Automation Technician in Luxemburg, WI.

    Salary $35,40

    $1.50 shift differential

    Double time on Sunday and holidays

    Schedule 2-2-3 12 hours shift 6pm to 6am

    Monitor Automated Systems using a computer.

    Trouble shoot the automation system using various PLC programs.

    Monitor and troubleshoot HMI Systems, making adjustments or modifications as needed.

    Preform checks and calibration of plant floor equipment.

    Preform scheduled maintenance work.

    Preform Completion of Documentation for scheduled maintenance work.

    Install new electrical circuits.

    What you need to join our team:

    Associate's or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology or related field required.

    Experience with reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics including knowledge of redlining schematics for updates required.

    Experience with wiring electrical control panels or equipment remote actuators and inputs and outputs as well plumbing equipment, pneumatic or/and hydraulic lines required.

    Experience planning, selecting, testing, installing and maintaining equipment and other types of systems required.

    Minimum one (1) year of related experience required.

    Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Effectively communicate with crew from previous and current shifts.

    Work closely with production Supervisors, line leaders and production crews to answer questions and receive as much information as possible to perform the work successfully.

    Efficiently repair/replace valves and pumps (seals, steams, O rings, seats, bearings, etc.)

    Effectively perform electrical wiring (switches, outlets, starter, motor leads, etc.).

    Effectively perform sanitary welding and moderate pipe fitting (stainless, copper, pvc, etc.).

    Perform utility inspections (boilers, air systems, WWTP, water systems, ammonia, HVAC, security, etc.), adjusting as needed.

    Effectively update and install equipment.

    Efficiently perform regular and preventative maintenance related to the plant, equipment, and grounds in compliance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety policies as enforced by OSHA.

    Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment during the packaging/production process as needed.

    Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.

    Work closely with production to minimize downtime while maintaining quality.

    Maintain a working knowledge of all plant area processes.

    Accurately read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.

    Other Duties and Responsibilities:

    Maintain a thorough knowledge of all plant area processes.

    Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.

    Safety Protocol

    Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.

    Correct or report any observed safety hazards.

    Qualifications:

    Education Required:

    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    Experience Required:

    What's involved in this role:

    We are looking for a Journeyman Electrician in Lake Norden, SD .

    Bend and install electrical conduit following all appropriate local and national codes.

    Responsible for maintenance, inspections, and modification of electrical equipment, technologies and processes.

    Troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors and equipment controls .

    Two possible schedule, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, it's 8 hours shift (40 hours per week) or Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm and Friday half day, it's 10 hours shift (45 hours per week).

    What you need to join our team:

    State Master's Electrician or Journeyman's Electrician license required .

    Minimum four (4) years of formal technical training required .

    Minimum one (1) year of journeyman's experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures from blueprints, schematics and sketches or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

    Experience in a manufacturing plant required; food and/or fluid dairy manufacturing experience preferred.

    Experience with Motor Control Centers utilizing voltages from 120vac to 480vac, and Variable Frequency Drives required .

    Experience with 4-20mA control Loops preferred

    Knowledge/ Ability to read and understand electrical prints required .

    Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with executives, managers, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.

    Ability to pay strong attention to detail and multitask effectively.

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and work in warm environment.

    What's involved in this role:

    We are looking for a Project Engineer in Lake Norden, SD.

    Apply company methodologies and enforce project standards.

    Minimize expenses and risks of project.

    Enforce safety standards and construction best practices.

    Track and report team hours and expenses.

    Support environmental permitting and compliance issues.

    Minimum one (1) year of project engineering experience.

    Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes.

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.

    What this role is all about:

    We are looking for 2026 Operations Interns in the below locations:

    Lake Norden, SDHull, IAWeyauwega, WILittle Chute, WI

    The Operations Intern works closely with the Plant Leadership Team and other members of the production team on various tasks and projects to produce cheese and whey products as well as improve plant efficiencies.

    The responsibilities vary based on assignments and department needs but could include the below:

    Work in various areas of plant operations including milk receiving, cheese make, drying, packaging, shipping, etc.Learn to successfully operate all relevant equipment.Work on projects to improve process, plant and/or employee efficiencies.Actively meet and speak with Operations employees to learn the various aspects and responsibilities of their jobs.Summarize and present a review of projects and lessons learned at end of internship.

    What you need to join our team:

    No experience required; in-house training provided.Currently enrolled in an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree program in a Dairy Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Technology - or Agricultural Science-related program as a candidate for graduation.
