Position: Delivery Driver Associate – Non-exempt
Position Reports to: Delivery Manager
Job Purpose Summary: Ensure proper delivery of product – Exemplary customer service
Salary: $23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Deliver customers’ orders on time, without damage to the product or the customer’s property Strong attention to detail and organizationConduct all transactions professionally as a representative of Agren Appliance – exhibit excellent communication skills with customers.Resolve customer issues, escalating to the delivery manager as neededAdhere to all safety rules and regulations, as well as the dedicated use of safety equipmentObserve all traffic laws and safe driving practicesMaintain the company vehicle and equipmentKeen attention to punctuality to ensure timely deliveriesAssist in keeping the warehouse clean and organizedParticipate in other projects around the company, as neededMust work as a team with other delivery personnel and employees throughout the companyPhysical Requirements:
Frequently moves appliances weighing floor-to-waist> 200 lbs. Frequently lifts objects from waist to overhead >50 lbs.Frequently push/pulls 50-200 lbs.Frequent gripping of up to 75 lbs.Frequent forward bending, deep-knee bending, kneeling, twistingOperate a company vehicleThe person in this position frequently communicates with customers and other employees. Job Purpose Summary: To ensure all Agren locations are maintained, clean, and sanitary.
Position Overview
Hours- Daytime Hours, Mon-Friday
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our locations. This position requires a valid driver’s license, will start and end each day at the Auburn Headquarters, and will travel to other locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring our workspace, showrooms, and customer areas meet high standards for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
Primary Responsibilities
Cleaning & Sanitation
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floorsClean and sanitize all bathrooms several times a week.Weekly dusting of all areas, including walls, desks, furniture, hallways, and showroom appliancesTrash removal and proper disposalFacilities Support
Perform minor maintenance tasks (light fixtures, sink clogs, ceiling tiles, etc.) as neededSafely operate and maintain equipmentSupplies & Organization
Maintain and order cleaning and facility supplies as neededPhysical Requirements
Frequent communication with customers and employeesRegular lifting of 25 lbs. or moreRegular pushing/pulling of equipment and appliances weighing 125 lbs. or moreFrequent bending, reaching, twisting, gripping, and standingQualifications
