Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a skilled Navy Validator II to ensure the security and compliance of Navy systems by providing expert validation services. This role requires an experienced cybersecurity professional with practical knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle, responsible for implementing and reviewing documentation, validating the confidentiality and integrity of systems, and conducting thorough risk and vulnerability assessments. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive validator, ensuring all accreditation procedures are followed and documenting any non-compliance.
Navy Validator II Job Duties:
Implement and/or review RMF lifecycle documentation.
Ensure and validate the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and information.
Conduct risk and vulnerability reviews and assessments.
Ensure accreditation procedures are followed and document non-compliance.
Security Clearance Requirements: Active DoD Secret (S) required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying.
Experience Requirements: Requires five (5) years of practical experience in a cybersecurity or A&A-related field. This experience must include implementing and/or reviewing RMF lifecycle documentation, validating system security, and conducting risk and vulnerability assessments.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, other related discipline, or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Desired Skills / Qualifications: Must possess a "Navy Qualified Validator Level II" from the Navy Certification Authority (CA) prior to the start of work. Certifications such as CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, and CCISO are preferred.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
